Managed to get stuck in flood water driving home late at night, with my car stuck in an awkward position not able to move. Fox Autos arrived within 30 minutes, towed my car out, performed roadside assistance and then towed my car back home. Both provided valuable knowledge how to treat my car in the days after and i'm very lucky to be able to still drive my car thanks to their quick service & thinking.

Called Gil from Wigan to see if he could assist with a customer car collection/delivery to repair garage. I rang at very short notice, and customer breakdown recoveries can be difficult to manage customer experience, but not only did Gil go above and beyond to help at such short notice, he also didn't take the Mickey with pricing like so many people do with similar remote urgent requests. Wish these guys were based in Wigan and could cover all of our delivers/collections, and beyond!! Thanks again for the great assistance!!

Would just like to thank Gilbert for his response to my breakdown yesterday ( 13.01.22 ). I'd only gone and put petrol in a diesel Mondeo !!!!!!, ⛽...Cannot thank this man enough, responsive , professional, easy to communicate with and great value for money.
